Drops armastab Sind / Drops Loves You

Ja mina armastan teda ka! Polegi vist ühtegi Dropsi lõnga, millele ma käsi enda ees vehkides ära ütleksin. Kõik nad on nii mõnusad ja kvaliteetsed ja pehmed ja ilusad ja....

Ainult värvikaardiga on mõnel ikka probleem. Noh tahaks ikka rohkem värve! Või erksamaid või siis teisel puhul jälle mahedamaid. Aga ega siis kunagi ei saa rahul olla.

And I love Drops too! There isnt probably any Drops yarn that I dont want. They are just so cosy and goo quality and soft and nice and... Some of them have colour chart problems though. Usual estonian is never content. I need more colours, more bright colourś or soft colours. Something is always missing.

Aga ma nüüd räägin tegelikult sellest lõngast, mille nimi ongi "Drops Armastab Sind"

Nüüd siis ähvardati, et see tokis versioon Drops Loves You´d enam juurde ei tehta ega tooda. Mida lõngasõltlane selle peale teeb!? Paanika! Järgnevad kaotuse viis staadiumit, mis lõppevad siis aktsepteerimisega. On niipalju kui on, teeme sellest veel mis teha annab.

Aga ega ma ei mõista küll, miks peab sellise hea ja hästimineva lõnga tootmisest maha võtma?

Endise nõukogude inimesena oli vaja läbi käia loomulikult ka see faas, kus kasti põhjast sai võetud kõik lemmikvärvide riismed teadmata mis nendest teha või veelvähem endale aru andes kas mul neid vaja on (loomulikult on vastus EI). Nüüd siis on seda Dropsi armastust mõnda värvi ja ma saan ka tuleva talvel teha mõned säärised ja kindad ja hoobelda, et materjal on rariteet!

 

Now they have threatened to take Drops Loves You off of production. Of course yarn-addict reacts with panic. But then comes the five stages of loss that end with acceptance. There is as much there is, lets see how long we can carry on with it.

But I really dont understand why do they have to take off production such a good and popular yarn?!

As a previous soviet person I of course grabed as much of my favourite colours a there was wothout knowing what to do of them nor do I need them (indeed I do not!) So here I am with many skeins of different colour Drops Loves Youand I can also next winter knit some mittens and stockings claiming that I have unique historical yarn!

 

 

Talve hakul tegin mõned valged kätised. Oma pruunika tutimütsi juurde said labakud. Külmemaks puhuks tulevad säärised ja siis jääb veel üksjagu ootele.

 

In the beginning of the winter I made some pairs of wrist warmers and then some brown mittens to match my brownish hat. For colder weather there will be long leggings and some skeins will be waiting for better times then.

 

 

See pind jääb lahedalt alpakane. Need alpakale iseloomulikud karvad turritavad nii kelmikalt sealt koepinnast välja ja see just meeldib mulle.

The yarn is very alpaca. The alpaca charateristic hair bulk up from the surface and that is what I especially like about it.
It is just so warm and soft!
