Valge ja ulmesoe / White and unbelievably warm

Et küll küllale küll ei teeks võtsin valget alpakat ja juurde veel kammitud siidiga alpakat ja hakkasin tegema midagi õite sooja. Kududa oli nii kuum, et neil päevil ei pidanud tuld alla tegema - nüüd valmis kampsunis võiks ilmselt mune haududa.

Meie kliimas selline ilmselt mööda külge alla ei jookse.

I took a skein of alpaca yarn and added brushed alpaca silk yarn and started something extremely warm. It was so hot to knit  I did not have to put the heating on these days and now one can probably incubate eggs in it.

Considering our climate - definitely not too much!

Niisiis tegu on lõngadega Drops Alpaca ja Drops Alpaca Silk Brushed. Viimane annab kogu kupatusele sellise mohäärise väljanägemise. Pehme on. Ei tsurgi! Ja seda, et soe on, ma juba rääkisin.

See kammitud alpakasiid üksinda paraku kampsuniks või milleks tahes olemisega üldse hakkama ei saa. Hirmsaks nässakaks läheb kohe. Aga kellegagi koos, käitub imeliselt. Olen teda villaga kokku kudunud ja isegi puuvillaga ja erinevate alpakavilla segudega. Kõigiga saab hästi läbi.

Ja nüüd siis tavalise alpakaga koos on mul selline vammusk.

The yarns are: Drops Alpaca and Drops Alpaca Silk brushed. The last one gives it a nice mohair-like touch. It is so soft. Doesn`t scratch. And that it is warm I already said.

The Alpaca Silk alone does not suit for anything unfortunately. I have tried to make some cardis of it - it becomes an ugly rag pretty quickly. But with some other yarn together it is fantastic! With wool or even cotton or some other blends. It gets along with everyone.

And now together with usual alpaca I made myself this ....thing.

Taskud leiutasin sellised, et ei peaks olema pealeõmmeldud -  sellised nööpauktüüpi. Pealeõmmeldud taskud ei jää iialgi ilusad.

Ja taskud on selleks , et saaks sõrmed ka sooja panna.

The pockets I invented so they are not sewed on. Those are more like button-hole-type pockets. To sew them on it always turns out ugly. 

And pockets have to be - to warm your fingertips. 

Ja et päris igav ei oleks sai rinnaette kootud selliseid pahempidiste silmadega eraldamata palmikuid. Seega jätavad lihtsalt sellise umbmäärase reljeefse pinna.

I always have to make something to prevent boring knit. So I added some cables in the front which are not separated by purls, like they usually are. Well it gives it thiskind of relief look.

Täna oli sobivalt jahe aga ilus sügisilm, et tütar surus mu kodukandis seina äärde ja klõpsis kampsunist mõned kaadrid veel mälestuseks.

Today there was suitably cold but beautiful fall weather so my daughter pushed me against the wall to shoot some pictures of the warm thing. The cardi I mean...

Müts on minu värskest sügismütside kollektsioonist. Alpaka ja villa segu. Järgmine soe asi. Aga sellest ja teistest mütsidest juba üsna pea.

The hat is an item from my latest accessories collection. Mixture of alpaca and wool. Another warm thing. But more about this hat and other hats I will talk pretty soon.

Tuharoosa retk 1920-ndatesse / Ash rose trip to the 1920`s

See lõng jäi mulle näppu taas värvi pärast. Selline mahe ja pehme ja ilma läiketa tuharoosa. Tuli teine jälle minuga poest kaasa. Nimi on Cotton ja rohkem infot lõngakrael ei olegi. Ma ei teagi kelle toode.

Oli teist ka imelist mündirohelist värvi, aga ärge jookske - see on otsas.

Kodus ronis lõng kohe heegelnõelale ja roosa hakkas ise ennast lilledeks moodustama. Ma ei saanud midagi parata. Kui lillemotiivide rida valmis, siis tekkis sinna külge selline romantiline kleit. Mustrid tulid kosmosest ikka jälle ise.

This yarn came home with me because of the colour again. So soft and mild ashy rose. The name is Cotton, no other information is available on the label. So I don´t even know who´s is it. There was also one incredible mint green shade but no need to hurry buying it - it´s out of stock.

Well, at home the ash rose one climbed on my crochet hook right away and flower motifs started to come. I couldn´t help it. Later a romantic dress somehow attached itself to the motifs. The pattern came from the space again.

Ajastutruuks aksessuaariks sai lisatud ka samas toonis kübar.

Kõrvarõngad on antiiksest vasktraadist punutud , vintage navette kivide ja kristallidega.

The 1920´s style hat is proper accessory to stress out the era look.

The earrings are antique copper wire wrapped with vintage navette stones and crystals.

Kleit sai imepehme ja langev, ootab kangesti täispikkuses voodrit endale. Eks tal tuleb ilmselt kaua oodata.

The dress is extremely soft and falling. Waiting for the full lenght lining. I guess it has to wait for a while though.

Kollane ja korralik / Yellow and decent

Ükskord aga jäi üks kollane mind kummitama. Tassisin teist siis Almina formaadis lõngana koju ja kukkusin nr 2.5 heegelnõelaga vorpima. 

Seekord sai lühem aga see-eest kihiline.

Mis sest rohkem ikka rääkida, las pildid räägivad.

Once one certain yellow started haunting me. Well, dragged it home in the format of Almina cotton yarn and started working on it with crochet hook no 2,5.

This time it fell out shorter, but then with layers.

But no more talking about it, I let the pictures tell the story.

Lihtsalt üliäge roheline / Simply supercool green

Niikui ma seda rohelist lõnga e-bays nägin, nii pidin ma selle saama. Ja see roheline oli reaalsuses sama ilus ja äge nagu ta mulle arvutiekraani vahendusel tundus.

Ja muidugi ajasin kohe heegelnõela sisse ja seekord lasin ennast mõjutada 1930ndatest.

The moment I saw that green yarn at e-bay I knew I had to have it. And the green is exactly as bright and pretty as it seemed through the computer screen at once. 

Of course I confronted it with my crochet hook. 

This time I let myself influenced by the 1930s.

Lõng on 100% imepehme bambus. Täiesti korrutamata, jube vastik heegeldada. Aga ühtegi kootud ideed ka pähe ei lennanud.

The yarn is 100% extremely soft bamboo. The texture of the yarn makes it unfortunately very unpleasant to crocet but I didnt have any ideas for knitting either.

Ma ei mäletagi enam mis heegelnõela ma kasutasin..äkki oli midagi 3 ringis.

Muster tuli kuskilt ise. Samamoodi ka kogu kleit. Kindel plaan oli ainult teha sellised volangjad varrukad. Muu kujunes töö käigus.

Cannot remembr though which hook I used...probably was something around 3.

The pattern came itself from somewhere, so the dress itself. The only idea I had at first was to make those lush sleeves. Everything else just happened.

Kleit, eriti selle värv meeldis ka modell Biankale väga, seega sai tehtud kohe üks korralik fotosessioon.

Barett on Vivrut Design suvemütsikollektsioonist. Aga sellest ja teistest mütsidest juba järgmine kord.

Model Bianka liked the dress, especially the colour very much indeed, so we decided to have a proper photoshoot for its honour.

The beret is from Vivrut Designs summerhat collection. But about that beret and other hats already next time.

Kleit pikemaks / Extention of a dress

Eelmine aasta heegeldasin selle kleidi.

Mulle ei andnud aga see lollakas pikkus rahu. Ei meeldi see pikkus.

Sellest on SIIN juttu ka.

Last year made this dress. But the stupid length didnt leave me alone. I just did not like it.

Niisiis kerisin niiti juurde. See oligi kõige suurem töö, sest tegemist on imepeenikese niidiga, mida ma võtan kolmekordselt ja siis ka heegeldan nr 2 nõelaga.

Kõige viimase rea tõmbasin üles ja mis raketiteadust seal enam - kukkusin pikkusesse uhama.

Sain teise maani - nüüd on ilusam. Vähmalt mulle meeldib nii rohkem.

So I clewed some more yarn. Which came out to be the most demanding job in this project as the yarn is extremely thin and I use it threefold and even then use crochet hook no 2.

I ravelled the last row and no rocket science there anymore- just continued the simple pattern to the length. Now it is full-length and I like it this way so much better!

Sai teine ikka väga lai. Alt on täiskloss. 

Now it is very wide. The edge at the foot of the dress is full circle.

Taas punast / Again red

Tütar käis talvest saadik nagu uni peale, et tal on hädasti vaja punast pikka kleiti suurte paksude lilledega. Ega minul ju heegelnõel nagunii koguaeg pihku kleebitud, seega mul muudkui pudenes. Aga kuhu ta sellega nüüd läheb? Ta ise väitis, et läheb sellega sügisel kooli.

My girl insisted she needed a long red dress with big flowers on it. So as I have a crochet hook glued to my hand anyway so I just had to go with the flow. But the question is where is she going to go with it now? She claimed she will go to school with it in autumn.

Tegemist siis taas puuvillase Camilla lõngaga. 100% puuvill. Heegelnõel nr 3,5 ja muster nii nagu torust tuli. Ülevalt alla, lilled vahele ja edasi suunaga ülevalt alla.

The yarn is again Camilla, 100% cotton. The crochet hook was 3,5 and the pattern was born on its way. From up to downwards then flowers and downwards again.

Kleit sai minu hinnangul liiga pikk. Aga lühemaks ei lubata teha. Just sedasi lohisema peab.

Ühesõnaga ega sellega eriti käia ka ei saa. 

In my opinion the dress is too long but I have no permit to make it shorter. It has to skid this way.

So basicly you cant walk with it.

Aga noor daam ise on väga rahul. 

Well, the young lady herself is very content.

Sirelid ja bambus / Lilacs and bamboo

Mulle väga need kirjud üleminekuga lõngad ei meeldi, aga tütar valis selle endale. Ja nüüd see kombinatsioon hakkab mulle tasapisi aina enam ja enam meeldima.

Üks kleit sellest juba sündis, millest juttu SIIN , aga see läks hingusele. Ja samast lõngast sündis uus.

I actually dont like very much the batik style colourful yarns, but my daughter picked it out.

And now I am starting to like the colour combination somehow more and more.

I ravelled it. And made a new one.

Seekordne variant on lihtsam ja vähema mustriga, sest see värvikirevus annab nagunii kõvasti aktsenti. 

This time the pattern is simpler and less complicated. The colourful yarn gives its own accent anyways.

Bambus on imepehme ja langev. Ja mis muidugi tüdrukule oluline - see keerutab!

The bamboo yarn is heavenly soft and falling. And which is extremely important for my girl - it twirls!

Ja sireline sai ta nüüd küll. Las õitseb ka siis kui need kaunid õied on oma selle suvehaku kaunistamise lõpetanud. 

Teadlased prindivad tänapäeval juba 3D inimorganeid ja keegi ei suuda nüüd aretada sirelit, mis õitseks terve suve!?

It came out lilaceous indeed. Let it bloom after the real lilacs have finished their blooming job for this year.

I wonder how the scientists have been able to print out 3D human organs but they cannot breed a lilac that blooms the whole summer?!
